Her friend was No One
For many years
And No One listened
To all her fears
But soon she wondered
Is No One real?
Does No One share?
Does No One feel?
And so she screamed
To No One there
Can No One see?
Can No One hear?
And No One answered
Without a word
No One is here
No One has heard
And so she left
No One to miss her
And as she went
Said in a whisper
Goodbye old friend
To No One there
Where No One stood
And No One cared
