Ingredients :
- 1 pork belly
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp 5 berry mixture
- 1 tbsp fennel seed
- 4 leeks
- 250ml of broth of your choice
- 1 glass of white wine
- Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge
- Cooking 3 hours at 320°f.
