The Rizal Park, Manila Dolomite Beach and the Manila Zoo are among the popular destinations Filipino families visit to celebrate Christmas Day on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022. The crowd surge this year comes amid the easing of Covid restrictions, three years after the pandemic struck. At least 73.7 million Filipinos are now fully vaccinated against Covid-19, while 21 million have received their booster shots, based on the DOH’s national vaccination database.
