Poor water infrastructure blamed

In the Eastern Cape, the water crisis has been devastating for residents. And the Nelson Mandela Bay municipality is blaming the crisis on old Apartheid infrastructure. This emerged during a heated interview with Sally Burdett and Mongameli Bobani, the MMC for infrastructure and engineering in the municipality. The city is served mostly by the Kouga dam, which is running empty.
