People queue up to cast their votes at a polling station in Jharkhand. The second phase of voting for Assembly elections has begun on Dec 07 at 07:00 am. Second phase voting is being conducted at 20 constituencies. In this phase of elections, over 48 lakh voters will be exercising their democratic right. The counting of votes will take place on December 23.
