Police killings: Calls for IPCMC repeated

NGOs and Opposition MPs are repeating their call for the setting up of the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission or IPCMC in the wake of the absence of investigations into the police killing of three youths. One of the victims was a day short of his 16th birthday.
Police claimed that the youths charged at them with machetes but the entry of bullet wounds suggested otherwise.
