Police Involved Shooting
Description
Yet another police-involved shooting in Tobago, this time in Signal Hill Tobago. 25 year-old Shermal Noray alias "Chubbie' was shot by police at his home, shortly after 7pm on Tuesday. He is in a stable but serious condition at the Scarborough General Hospital. Elizabeth Williams visited the scene and has this report.
