Police Crack Down on Illegal Dumping

Info from Licensor: I noticed a vehicle parked on the side of the road, illegally dumping in a vacant property. I recognized additional suspicious activity due to an influx in crime and videotaped it to share with authorities. One of the suspects came up to my vehicle and kicked, punched, dropped a huge dirt rock on my windshield, tore off my license plate and told me to leave. I stayed, and contacted the authorities who arrived in minutes.
