A man in Arkansas is being charged with first degree murder after he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a pedestrian, killing her. This all took place as the man was fleeing from police at high speed. Little Rock officer Zachary Hardman tells dispatch he was pursuing at 80mph moments before the fatal crash.\r
