Pole Dance - Wrist Seat - Intermediate

Description
This figure is an intermediate trick called a wrist seat. To get into this figure, we can either start high up if we are already on the pole, or get into it like a “seat”. To do this we pull ourselves up on the pole with both hands, we cross our legs, locking your thighs around the pole. Allow your strong hand to descend the pole to the level of your face. Position the other hand just underneath the coccyx because it is going to rest onthis part of the hand between the thumb and index finger. Place your coccyx on top of your hand; bring your other hand down to your face and now we are going to slowly open our legs into a straddle. It’s important to bend your knees out to the side as you open your legs because it is more esthetic than doing this movement with straight legs. To finishthe figure, bend your knees, re-cross your legs, and come down from the pole gently with one leg straight and the other leg bent.
