PNoy seeks support for Bangsamoro framework agreement

President Benigno Aquino III called on the public to support the Bangsamoro framework agreement. In his speech during the 2nd ARMM LGU Summit in Davao City, Aquino said the agreement has the potential to bring peace and stability in Mindanao. He added that through the agreement, Mindanao can expect more improvement in areas of security and health care among others. The government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) recently signed the Bangsamoro framework agreement, which aims to stop hostilities in the south. ANC Dateline Philippines, February 12, 2014
