PMO Minister: I never quoted Modi

On Day One of Narendra Modi's government, newly appointed Minister of State in the PMO Jitendra Singh triggered a controversy saying deliberations should be held on whether Article 370, which grants special autonomous status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, should be revoked or not.
