PM SAYS T&T NEEDS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS URGENTLY

The Prime Minister is doubling down on his talks with an industrialist during his recent trip to India who has expressed interest in this country's mothballed oil refinery in Point-a-Pierre.

In a social media post, the Prime Minister says "this country needs some key development projects urgently and it is possible to accelerate the pace of these developments without destroying our environment."
