Finance Minister Davendranath Tancoo, Planning and Economic Affairs Minister Kennedy Swaratsingh, and Trade Minister Satyakama Maharaj have been mandated by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar to look into, and report to her, on the issue concerning foreign exchange.
