As Trinidad and Tobago gets ready to celebrate its 59th year as an independent nation on Tuesday. Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley is tonight reminding citizens of their rights and responsibilities to shape a better and collective future for themselves and other generations

In his Independence day address to the nation, Dr. Rowley also warns of the risks the country now faces, but believes citizens have the power to overcome all of them.
