PM: DRAGON DEAL STILL UNDER NEGOTIATION

Venezuela's President Nichols Maduro appears to have thrown cold water on the announcement that Trinidad and Tobago will be able to access gas from the Bolivarian Republic, calling the US insistence that it be paid in goods and not cash as an example of "colonialism."


But Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley is insisting that Port of Spain and Caracas are in communication and negotiations are about to begin.
