PM Battle against Real Estate Bubble

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu gathered a press conference on Monday November 15th where he declared war over the Israeli Real Estate Bubble. He stated that his main goal is to alleviate young couples in their aspiration to buy their first apartment. Along with Finance Minister Yuval Shtinitz and the Housing Minister Ariel Atias he introduced a series of three dramatic steps and reforms aimed at tacking the rising real estate rates. It should be noted that although the various social organizations are blessing Netanyahu's intention, they claim that while assimilating the problem is a first and grand step, the solution he offers encourages the construction of luxury apartments which are not affordable for young couples and therefore the problem stays as it is.
