PLUMBING PROBLEMS IN HDC BUILDINGS

Residents of a Housing Development Corporation community in San Fernando are calling on the HDC to re-design and redo the entire plumbing system of its three Carlton Place buildings.

For over two years, they say the internal plumbing system frequently gets major leaks leading to flooding on all floors of the buildings.

They believe the problem is structural and requires HDC’s immediate intervention. Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh met with residents and tells us more.
