Plumb Series - Cross Face To Inside Control

Description
The Cross Face Technique consists of pushing your opponent's face when they have you in their plumb. This opens up one side of their plumb and allows gain inside control with the inside swim. Check out the Inside Swim Technique if you haven't seen it.
