Plans for mega structure on remote Himalayan river

China is planning to build a mega dam along a remote stretch on river in the Himalayas. Doctor Ruth Gamble is a historian of Tibet and Himalaya at La Trobe University, she says the plan could bring China's carbon emissions down but questions what other environmental and cultural costs are involved.
