Plan 9 - PITB

Plan9 is Pakistan’s largest tech incubator and is a project of the Government of the Punjab under the umbrella of Punjab Information Technology Board. During the 6 months incubation cycle, it facilitates transformation of selected tech-based business ideas into sustainable and commercially viable companies. The free of cost facilities provided include office space, monthly stipend , laptops, uninterrupted electricity and wi-fi internet connection, trainings and workshops, mentoring sessions, legal advice, business development consultancy, connections to potential investors and clients.
To be eligible, the business idea must be solving a problem using technology, have a strong team of 2-5 people and be Pakistani nationals.
Shortlisted applications will be invited to Plan9 Launchpads (2 day events) in May 2014 for selection of teams to be incubated at Plan9 Launchpads will be held in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad.
