Pizza Dough Cooking

You have to respect some steps:
1. You have to put in a measuring cup: yeast, warm water and sugar after mix them and let sit for three minutes.
2. Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add the oil to the yeast mixture and add to the flour. Stir to incorporate.
4. Use your hand to bring the dough together in the bowl. Place the dough on a floured counter and knead for 10 minutes.
5. Place back the dough in bowl and cover. Set aside for 30 minutes.
6. Flour the top of the dough. Cut the dough into two round balls and repeat the fallowing steps for each piece.
7. Pick up the disk of dough and pinch the dough about 1/2 inch from the edge.
8. After baking, seasoning the dough and insert it in the oven until it is ready.
