Pitching Clinic Part 4 - Bill Hillhouse

Hillhouse talks about how to fix the crow hop while pitching. He saying that it is a problem with the hands and not the feet and if the hands were moving faster the feet wouldn't have time to replant and the crow hop would be eliminated. He says to work with a lighter ball to get the arm to move faster so that the feet wouldn't have time to even get off the ground to begin with.
