When i hear you tell me this i want to
believe you.
But deep down in my gut
it says no.
You've done this before.
You tell me what i want to hear
but it doesnt come from your feelings you lie.
This is how we get back together.
I trust you to much and think maybe this time its true.
Maybe this time it wont end in tears.
But this is fake.
I know that everything will come crashing down
on me when things get to hard.

I want you to love me and mean it.
I dont think this can go on much longer.
It feels good at first,
but after it feels as though you're trying to kill me.
Can't you just swallow your words.
Dont fill my head and heart with lies.
I can't stand the empty promises that are made.
Every kiss every hug is fake.
And when you whisper in my ear i love you,
i just want to scream 8 little letters back.
Bullshit.

So when you tell someone you love them,
make sure its true.
That you wont regret what you said.
