"Step 1: Use a chisel brush to put black face paint around one eye to create the patch. Use a medium brush to outline in black face paint. Use white face paint and a small brush to highlight the patch.
Step 2: Make a line with a small brush and black face paint to connect the eye patch. Add black moustache on the upper lip and a goatee on the chin with a medium brush.
Step 3: Add white face paint to make skull on the cheek. Create two circles to create the skull. Then create the crossbones with white face paint (two circles and a line). Outline the crossbones and skull with the small brush in black face paint. Highlight the patch with white face paint."
