Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe In Urdu

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs 2 cups of suger 1tsp baking powder 1 cup flour 1\2 cup unsalted butter 1 tin of pineapple chunk 1 pinck of salt.

METHOD

first you have to make a one cup of suger caramel you can melt suger on a small pot on light flame and a round cake pan grease and light flour sprinkle on pan and set aside when caramal melted put on pan.and from the tin all pineapple chunks also put in cake pan set aside then in another bowl put a cup of suger and soften butter mix and make till creamy.put one bye one eggs and mix well then salt and baking powder mix them all together.pour one cup flour and mix them all .Take all mixer in the baking dish which you have already set aside before . then bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes then put oven down to 300 then more 5 mints when ready you can check with folk if done cool it on the rack and when cool put the plate on cake pan and up side down you can see the pineapples came up side and looks beautiful .serve it with coffee or tea.
