This sweet dessert is so quick easy and fun to prepare, yet tasted so absolutely delicious. A perfect layer of cake, lemon pudding, whipped cream, and finally topped with pineapple slices and mandarin oranges and coconut!! The perfect tropical dessert for any occasion. Enjoy

Ingredients: for 6 mini triffles
1 package instant lemon pudding JELLO brand
12 pieces of small cubed cake (homemade or store bought)
my recipe for whipped cream or 1 tub 8 oz of whipped cream
1 can of pineapple slices (6 slices)
coconut or any topping of your choice
1 cup of mandarin oranges
(reserve the pineapple juice)
