After seeing @lucasraymond of @armassassinstrengthshop stupendous pinch work with a Pancake 100lber, l needed to get back on the train, high on grip pain! I haven't even come close to getting either of my @ivankobarbell Pancake 75lbers off the ground in months, l was absolutely shocked to get some air with my right! HALLELUJAH! Pinch Grip is my worst grip ability, and l've been wanting to get my Pancake hundos airborne for years soooo Luke made me realize that it's time to get moving. There's a few lifetime grip feats l'd like to finally cross off the list this year. Let's GO! God Bless!
