Physique Update at 192.5 — Finally Under 193

Physique update today came in at 192.5, which feels really good. It’s nice to finally be under 193 and see the scale moving the right way.

I also got my morning workout in wearing a 30-pound weight vest, and honestly it felt great. Stronger, more confident, and locked in. Small wins like this add up when you stay consistent.
