Physique Update 5 Months After ACL Surgery Milestone Hit

Physique update today. Five months post ACL surgery and weighing in at 194.3. This was my first time doing Insanity, which is heavy on jumping and full-body movement, similar to P90X. I felt good moving through it — cautious, but capable.

I was also able to do lunges on my surgery leg for the first time. Form isn’t perfect, and I know that, but honestly none of that mattered in the moment. Being able to move, feel athletic again, and trust my body even a little bit was huge.
