Physics Olympiad #012 [Normal Force]

A piece of stiff wire with radius R is tried to be cut with a pair of scissors. The initial position of the wire is made so that it is very close to the rotational axis of the scissors. The scissors are dull so they won't cut the wire at all. In the process, this wire shifts away from the scissors' rotation axis. The opening angle of the scissors when the wire no longer moves is θ. Draw an object force diagram! Calculate the value of θ! The coefficient of friction between the scissors and the wire is μ.
