Phone tapping not possible without govt co-operation: BJP

The attempt to access BJP leader Arun Jaitley's phone records is fast being attributed to the factional fight within the BJP. Theories are out that Arun Jaitley's phone was actually tapped by his detractors. The Congress and the BJP have already locked horns on the issue, with Congress blaming the hacking on to BJP infighting while BJP is harping on the aspect that the hacking couldn't have happened without Government's cooperation.
