as i lay here looking up
feeling so lifeless and helpless
i look to my left and i see you

you lie there staring at me
with your brown eyes that i could drown in.
and your lips so red and delicate.
and your face so peaceful and gentel it
would make anyone stare.
and your hair, thats like dark brown silky velvet, even
tho its always in your face.

and i think to myself and
say 'how could i feel that way, when im with you! '
