I have longed in my heart,
Looking silently through the barred window
To the scrap of blue sky and mountains chain,
My hope of youth and rainbow day-dreams are locked,
While touching all my rough wounds,
My eyes escape to view through to the woods,
I was strong through your warm words,
Hope was a great injection in my veins,
While pain moves leisurely through my brain
My pain has no colour to explain,
