I first came across the Philips Air Fryer a couple of years ago and after reading more into it bought one from our local electronics store.

And ever since, I have been happily using my Philips Air Fryer and totally ditched my chip pan for good.

And here are three reasons why I recommend that you get one:

Firstly you can cook a portion of chips with just a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Or go totally healthy and have them with just fat free spray. The same can be said for roast potatoes and other things that are normally super fattening.

Secondly there is no oil smell in your kitchen as they cook in air not fat. Therefore your kitchen stays nice and fresh.

Thirdly the calories – I worked it out and a large mixing bowl of chips had the same amount of calories as one small portion of fries from McDonalds. Even if you are the biggest chip addict in the world you would never eat more than this in a week!

And by replacing the Air Fryer as your main fryer you can easily knock thousands off your weekly calorie intake. Then instead of dieting just eat from your Air Fryer instead!
