PHILIPPINES - Hollande seeks cooperation on climate change

Francois Hollande, along with French actress Marion Cotillard, has travelled to the Philippines in order to help the country deal with the issues brought on by clilmate change. This comes a few months before France hosts a major summit on the issue.
