Raul Lambino, Association for Philippines-China Understanding Inc. chairman and president (holding microphone), announces during a press conference the three awardees for the 2026 6th Award for Promoting Philippines-China Understanding . The awarded were led by former national security adviser Clarita Carlos and include Zhang Zhaodong, a rice hybrid technology expert from China.
