On Wednesday morning, Pfizer ($PFE@US) reported excellent earnings as the company had quarterly sales of $19 billion, topping analyst’s projections of $18.45 billion. Furthermore, their $1.07 earnings per share beat the estimated $0.96 by analysts. Shares of the pharmaceutical manufacturer were up 0.64% at press time.
