I see now
That our friendship was a lie
Like a feeble infant child
Ready to curl up and die

The concept is pain
I swore I wouldn't shed a tear
Even though I lost something
I lost very dear

You are an ailment to my soul
I frown whenever I see you
Yet we were so close
There was nothing I could do
