Pete Postlethwaite

Peter William Postlethwaite, OBE (7th February 1946 - 2nd January 2011)was an English actor. Postlethwaite was born in Warrington. He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in the 2004 New Year's Honours List.. He lived in Shropshire, near Bishop's Castle, with his wife Jackie, a former BBC producer, whom he married in 2003. He died of cancer aged 64.
