PetDag 2Q earnings drop 5.8%

Petronas Dagangan 's (PetDag) net earnings for the second quarter ended June 30th, 2014 dropped 5.8% to 185.6 million ringgit from the 197. 1 million ringgit recorded in the previous corresponding quarter.

The group said that the operating profit decreased due to higher operating expenditure, partly offset by a higher gross margin.
