Pet goat walker safety plea to path users

Donna Charnock and husband Roy were walking Porthos, one of their pet pygmy goats, along The Line, a shared path in Standish, when cyclists spooked the goat and dragged Donna along the path, she would like path users to be considerate for everyone using the path.
