When we have something important to communicate, it helps to know the other person's personality! Are they charged up by being around people, or by being alone? Are they big-picture thinkers, or will they want the details? Do they make decisions based on their gut feelings, or logical thoughts? Do they like to have everything planned out in advance, or do they like to keep their options open 'till the last minute?
