When looking at the ocean at sunset
I feel tranquillity and calmness
A feeling that the ocean is submitting
To the sun at this time
If only we understood her purpose
Her beauty
And all that she holds within her belly
The swelling of her waters
Bursting into waves
Rushing ashore
Mesmerizing
Her healing to man
Mind Body and soul
