: "This video was taken by Colby's mom in the summer of 2021 at a local campground he and his family like to stay at in Pennsylvania. Colby was 16months old at the time, and it was his first time playing in puddles. He had no idea what was about to happen when he started splashing. He slipped and fell, and then his mom helped him back up all soaking wet, and he went right back to splashing and having fun with his family completely unphased and for more puddles."
