Percy Lapid Gunman Surrenders

PERCY LAPID GUNMAN SURRENDERS

Joel Estorial, the alleged gunman in the killing of broadcaster Percival Mabasa, popularly known as Percy Lapid, surrenders to the Philippine National Police (PNP), Interior and Local Secretary Benjamin 'Benhur' Abalos Jr. announces at a press briefing in Camp Crame on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022. Three other suspects, identified as Edmun and Israel Dimaculangan and a certain "Orly" are still at large and are now the subject of a manhunt operation. Estorial said the unidentified mastermind was a personality from 'Bilibid.'
