The #20 heavy-duty whole house water filter can be used for a variety of applications. The #20 Big Blue housing's pressure release button on the cap allows for release of the water pressure in order to unscrew the sump from the cap. If installed before appliances with a sediment filter, the #20 Big Blue water filter housings extend the life of washing machines, water heaters, and other household appliances by reducing sediment. The 20-BB-15 is ideal for homes, farms, private wells, restaurants, swimming pools, spas, and trickle irrigation. Leaking and clogging is prevented by the dynamically sealing o-ring.
