Warning:
Morphine slowly
Smothers the breath of life
And brings the sleep of death...ready
Or not.

He brought
Home a puppy.
I feed, groom, and walk her.
I play with her....He loves her....She
Loves me.

Pine tree
Quietly stands
Laden with snow....then bows.
Oak tree creaks and groans in the wind....
Then snaps!

I hate
Bigotry...I
Hate ignorance...abuse.
I hate wastefulness...Yes, I hate.
Do you?
