PENAL DEBE CORP CLAIMS DISCRIMINATION

Water woes and a lack of funding are among the many problems said to be affecting residents on Penal/Debe.

The Chairman of the Regional Corporation tells us, over 600 homes are constantly suffering under dry taps . He says political discrimination may be the cause.
