Pegasus: SC asks why PIL petitioners not register the case?
Description
On the Pegasus espionage case, from the street to the Parliament, the opposition is attacking the Government. The matter was also heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday. During the hearing, the Chief Justice questioned the petitioner as to why the complaint under the IT Act has not been filed in this case. The Supreme Court asked PIL petitioners that if you think that your phone has been hacked, then why not register an FIR? The Chief Justice has asked all the petitioners to serve a copy of their petition to the government as well. Now the matter will be heard next week. Watch this video.
